Woodend Farmer’s Market

Woodend Community Farmer’s Market, run by MRSG is an accredited farmer’s market and is held on the first Saturday of every month. A great market which is part of the network of Macedon Ranges Farmer’s Markets which means that  stall holders must be the producer selling their own product. Go to Victorian Farmers Markets for more information and other markets.

The first Woodend Community Farmers Market was held on the 3rd of December 2011 .

Home Produce Exchange is a great chance to swap produce and ideas on home gardening and anything else. Held at the MRSG stall at the Woodend Community Farmer’s Market 10am – 11am unless otherwise advised.

Thanks to all the exchangers for bringing their produce, compost, recipes, eggs, advice, egg cartons, plants, books and anything they can think of for a terrific exchange. Everyone can contribute so please come along. For Helen’s monthly news go to the Produce Exchange page here.

We would like to acknowledge Café Colenso (www.colenso.com.au) as well as staff, suppliers and customers for their fundraising dinner and the Woodend Lions Club for their generous donation to get the Woodend Farmers Market started.
